1/1 UNFURNISHED. Monthly rent DOES NOT include electric, internet or cable. Application, COPY OF ID and credit report REQUIRED. Move in costs $3000 – include first months rent and the remainder being security deposit for most acceptable applicants. Deposits are not advance rent & will be applied to unpaid rent and damages including early termination upon lease. Applicants not meeting our minimum criteria may still be considered with additional Security Deposit. Applicants with significant credit, strong residential history, references and credit scores in excess of 720 (vantage or FICO) may upon request sometimes be approved with a lower INITIAL security deposit requirement. One to Two Occupants preferred [1 – 2 adults and one child maximum).
